Customers that buy over €150,00 receive discounted
prices and different shipping charges, dependent on the size and weight of
the order and the region of the customer.
Some countries outside the European Union require a
Phytosanitary Certificate for every order. Additional costs will be applied. You
will automatically be contacted by our staff. Some of our products may be restricted to
certain countries outside the European Union.
If actual sending costs exceed the fixed shipping rates dramatically, then the customer will receive a notice. The shipping charges will be increased or the order decreased, only in accordance with the customer. If an agreement is not achieved, the order will be cancelled. A full refund will be given, when payment has already taken place.
