Orders over €75,00 are delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs for orders under this amount are €6,50 per order.
We charge €5,00 administration fee on all orders under €20,00.
All products are supplied from stock.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been received.
It can take a few days for a payment by bank to reach our bank account.
Credit card payments are received and approved immediately on our bank account.

Pallet freight
To prevent breakage, glass and ceramics are transported by pallet. Large items such as lianas and branches of 2 meters can only be transported by pallet. Your order will be shipped free of charge if your order is €750,- or more, orders under €750,- get a surcharge.

For some countries we have to add a surcharge, such as an island surcharge, surcharge for extra parcels and a weight surcharge. You will be informed about an surcharge before we ship your order.
