How to clean your dried flowers

Dried flowers are a wonderful alternative to fresh flowers, they last longer and moreover they are a lot more sustainable. Another advantage of dried flowers is, once nicely suited, you no longer have to worry about it. With little effort you bring peace and serenity into your house. 

To enjoy your fresh dried flowers for as long as possible, it is best to place them somewhere they cannot fall or be knocked over. Everytime you touch dried flowers, you risk breaking off part of the flowers.

It is best to store dried flowers in a clean, dark and dry place if you do not have them on display in your home or shop window. The boxes in which we supply the dried flowers are a good storage place, but a plastic container or shoe box is a good alternative. The most important thing is to keep the flowers as dry as possible and ensure that as little (sun) light as possible can reach it, to prevent discoloration.

If your dried flowers have become a bit dusty, it is best to clean them with a hair dryer. Set your hair dryer on the lowest setting and gently blow with it over the flowers. This way you blow the dust off the dried flowers and they will look fresh again.
