Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days.
All amounts stated on our website are exclusive of VAT.

All products, which can be bought online, can be delivered directly to you from stock.

All payments made through our webshop are received and approved immediately on our bank account.
Bank payment can take a few days to reach our bank account.
Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been received on our bank account.
 

We charge €5,00 administration fee on all orders under €20,00.

For some countries we have to add a surcharge, such as an island surcharge, surcharge for extra parcels and a weight surcharge. You will be informed about an surcharge before we ship your order.

Shipping costs for orders under this amount are € 9,50 per order.

The minimum order amount is € 1,250.00.
You will receive a volume discount of 25% on the total amount. Orders will be delivered according incoterm Delivered At Place (DAP).

For creating the necessary export document we will charge € 50.00 per shipment.
You will need an EORI number.

Lead time

The lead time to the UK is approximately 5-14 business days.

Norway: Delivery indication 4 - 5 working days. A supplement of 40,00 euro will be chargedf for administration and export fees.
Switzerland: Delivery indication 7 working days. Tall grasses will be slightly shortened due to a max. parcel length of 1 meter.
