The discount applies per order, to the total order value (excluding VAT), and depends on the delivery country. For example, for most other European countries, including Ireland, Sweden, Spain and Italy:

For indoor use, most plastic artificial flowers are suitable, while only a few artificial flowers are UV-resistant and can be used outdoors to a limited extent; this is specifically mentioned in the product description. No. Decofleur only supplies businesses. A company name is required when you register, and all our prices exclude VAT.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount applies per order and depends on the order value and the delivery country. For example, deliveries to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg get 10% from € 400, 20% from € 800 and 30% from € 1,250. The discount is applied automatically and is visible once you are logged in.
What are the delivery costs?
That depends on the country. To Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg you pay € 9.50 for orders up to € 150 and delivery is free from € 150. To most other European countries you pay € 32.50 up to € 400 and delivery is free from € 400. Large items such as glass, ceramics and long branches are shipped by pallet; that is free from € 750.
Can I order without VAT?
Yes. Businesses in an EU country outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number pay no VAT. For technical reasons, the basket still shows VAT. We check the VAT number afterwards; if it is not valid, we charge VAT after all. Businesses outside the EU automatically pay no VAT.
Do I have to buy full boxes?
No. Most products can be ordered per bunch or bag. The second price line is the lower price per bunch when you take a full bulk pack.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. Orders under € 20 do carry a € 5 administration fee. For the United Kingdom the minimum order is € 1,250.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We deliver from stock. If you order before 1 pm, we ship your order the same day. If you pay by bank transfer, we ship as soon as the payment has arrived. Delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 working days to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France and Slovakia, and 4 to 5 working days to most other European countries.
Can I buy on account?
No, all orders are paid in advance, for example by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose collection when you check out. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready in Noordwijkerhout. Collection is possible Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.

Does Decofleur have a showroom or a shop?We do not have a shop or showroom. Orders over €250,- can only be collected by business customers on presentation of your Chamber of Commerce number. We ship orders under €250,- with GLS. You can only pay with a credit card or debit card (RABO and ABN reader). By appointment you can see products from our stock.

Does Decofleur import and produce itself?Yes. Decofleur has been a producer of dried flowers since the early 80's. We still dry and paint our flowers. We do import directly from Italy, France, Hungary, Israel, South-Africa, India, Thailand and Brasil.
